Hugh, please tell us about how you started to be the first to offer air travel services on private jets here in Dubai?

I'll tell you now. But first, I want to note that we recently opened our office in Moscow, and we plan to register a company branch there in a couple of months, because interest in our services is growing, and in recent years we have begun to record a large number of calls from Russia and CIS countries. Moreover, now we are thinking about accepting a Russian-speaking employee in the company’s staff in Dubai, which we have already done in our London office. Three Russian-speaking people work there, in addition, we operate our own offices on the Cote d'Azur of France, where many wealthy Russian tourists relax every year, so in Nice and Cannes we also hired a person who is fluent in Russian.

Now about how difficult it was to be the first. Not easy, to be honest. But over the 20 years of its operation, the company has achieved significant success. In the period from June to September 2011, we recorded the largest number of flights made on private liners, compared with the same period in previous years. The private airline industry is growing rapidly around the world, including the regions that we cover through our offices, namely Europe, Russia and its neighboring countries, North America and the Middle East.

What do you attribute this achievement to?

I think that to achieve such results we have been helped by a tremendous experience and knowledge in the field of private air transportation, coupled with an increasing level of awareness about these types of services and their advantages among businessmen, as today's representatives of the business community have begun to pay more attention to such aspects of the activities of private air carriers, both convenience and quality.
