Sturgeon caviar produced in Abu Dhabi will go on sale in 2012

The first Middle Eastern sturgeon caviar factory under the brand name of Royal Caviar Company, located in Abu Dhabi, will release the first batch of goods in 2012. It is expected that this plant will become the largest in the world and will be equipped with the most modern equipment for the production of high-quality caviar.

The factory is being built by Bin Salem Holding in collaboration with United Food Technologies. To date, the Royal Caviar Company has at its disposal 18 tons of sturgeon, another 124 tons will be delivered during the current year.

Production of a trial batch of sturgeon caviar is scheduled for the end of this year. The caviar will go on sale, as already noted, in the second half of 2012. At the moment the factory’s production reaches its full capacity over the next four years, the Royal Caviar Company will be able to supply 10% of sturgeon caviar from global total demand.
