Abu Dhabi Airport served a million passengers this July

In July of this year, the largest number of passengers was recorded at the Abu Dhabi International Airport (ADIA) - a million people who used ADIA services during one calendar month.

The millionth passenger of the capital's airport was Muhammad Salem Al Khatri, who flew to Abu Dhabi from London on one of the Etihad Airways aircraft. “July was an incredible month for ADIA,” said Yusuf Al Jowder, Head of Passenger and Cargo Services at the terminal. “There has never been such an intense work and flow of passengers in the history of ADIA.”

“I’ve been working in ADIA for 20 years. I have seen its construction, development and growth. I must say that the results we are witnessing today are the fruits of a well-coordinated and hard work done over the years,” Amir Abu Ganaya is convinced ADIA statistics.
