Aldar and Al Fahim will build the first of its kind showroom and service for Mercedes-Benz and AMG on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.
Aldar Properties, a leading real estate developer, investment and management company from Abu Dhabi, has signed a cooperation agreement with Al Fahim Group, one of the most successful leading family holdings in the region, to create the world's first Mercedes-Benz and AMG showroom and service center with on the island of Yas in the UAE.
The new showroom will be located in close proximity to Yas Mall and opposite Tryano's flagship luxury shopping mall. Construction should begin in the 4th quarter of 2017, and the transfer to Al Fahim Group for maintenance is scheduled for early 2019.

The Mercedes-Benz and AMG Yas Island project will be a masterpiece of design developed by a consortium of four leading architectural companies that will provide a smooth and affordable path from modern luxury to vibrant sportiness.

Today, the Al Fahim Group operates the largest Mercedes-Benz facility in the world in the Mussafah industrial zone through the flagship Emirates Motor Company, Mercedes-Benz, an authorized distributor in the emirate of Abu Dhabi. A new addition to the holding's portfolio is of great importance for Abu Dhabi and the country as a whole.
The famous Yas Mall is based on Yas Island in addition to the extensive retail offerings from ACE Hardware and IKEA. Aldar is currently engaged in the construction of more than 3.5 thousand residential units, including in West Yas, Mayan, Yas Acres and Ansam. The latest project will be commissioned later this year.
