Hours announced in UAE during Ramadan

It became known how many hours the working day in the private and public sectors of the United Arab Emirates will be reduced during Ramadan.

The UAE Federal Human Resources Management (FAHR) announced that the working day for employees of various ministries and other government agencies during the Holy month of Ramadan will be held from 9 to 14 hours.

Working hours in the private sector in the UAE during the month of Ramadan will be reduced by two hours a day without changes in the wages of workers, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization said on Wednesday.

Ramadan in the UAE in 2017 begins on May 27.
