DUBAI GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM AND COMMERCIAL MARKETING PROVIDED A HIGHEST ASSESSMENT OF THE PROJECT:

"This project will make a unique addition to the coastline of Dubai and increase its tourist attraction."

Khaled Ahmed bin Sulayem, Director General of the Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing (DTKM) of the Government of Dubai, recently visited the Dubai Maritime City (Dubai Seaside City) under construction, the world's first originally planned maritime center, where he familiarized himself with the construction progress and inspected the facility.

During this visit, Mr. Bin Sulayem was accompanied by Amer Ali, Executive Director of Dubai Maritime City and other officials. Currently, work is ongoing on the third and final phase of the project, which mainly includes infrastructure work.

Khaled bin Sulayem expressed his admiration for what he saw, the rapid pace of construction and the efforts that the developer puts into the project, stressing that "Dubai Maritime City will be a unique coastal project that will significantly increase the tourist attractiveness of Dubai."

Offering support from DTKM in advertising the project, Mr. Bin Sulayem said: “After today's visit, I am convinced that we can work hand in hand with the Dubai Maritime City team to advertise this ultra-modern facility that will serve the needs of a diverse sea-related industry. "Both regionally and internationally. Through such a partnership, we will be able to attract the most famous global marine organizations to Dubai."

Dubai Maritime City is considered one of the most unusual artificial coastal facilities in the world, which is being built on a bulk peninsula consisting of 40 million cubic meters of land. After completion of construction, a whole town will be located on this peninsula, including residential, industrial, business, scientific and resort facilities, united by the theme of the sea.
