The third in the Middle East and the first in the United Arab Emirates, the luxurious Swissôtel Hotel opens in Dubai.
The first Swissôtel hotel in the UAE opened its doors in Dubai at the site of the former Rotana at Al Ghurair Center, Deira.
The hotel consists of 428 hotel rooms and 192 apartments. It is aimed at both ordinary tourists and people traveling on business.
The hotel has restaurants, a spa area of 1.85 thousand square meters. m, fitness center, swimming pool and tennis courts, six conference rooms.
The opening of the first luxury hotel in the UAE and the third Swissôtel in the Middle East was made possible as a result of a partnership between Al Ghurair Properties and the owner of Swissôtel AccorHotels brand in July 2017.
Accor acquired Swissôtel with the acquisition of FRHI Hotels & Resorts in 2016.
