UAE reminded of large fines for unauthorized fireworks

UAE authorities recall heavy fines for “home” holiday fireworks and crackers.

Dubai, UAE. Police in the UAE reminded residents of the country of large fines (up to 10 thousand dirhams) for using “home” fireworks and crackers during the religious holiday of Eid al-Adha. Law enforcement officers also called for close monitoring of the children and prevent them from playing with fire.

The police said that salutes can not only harm those who launch them, but also damage other people's property and property. There were cases when in the UAE, due to unprofessional handling of salutes and crackers, people lost their eyesight and limbs.
