The tallest building in Abu Dhabi is named after the ruler of Dubai

THE HIGHEST BUILDING IN ABU DABI WAS NAMED AFTER SHEIKH MUHAMMED BEN RASHID AL MAKTUM, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and ruler of Dubai, on the day of the grand opening of the building itself and the adjoining shopping center. During construction, the Mohammed bin Rashid Tower was known as the World Trade Center.

This gesture is not just a response to renaming the tallest building in the world from Burj Dubai to Burj Khalifa in honor of the UAE president and ruler of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, but also a tribute to the achievements of the Dubai ruler and the role he plays in the country and in the international arena, as well as a reflection of the bonds of brotherhood and love between all emirates. There are 474 apartments in Mohammed bin Rashid Tower, a little later the Marriott hotel will open in the building. The building is part of the Abu Dhabi World Trade Center.
