The Residence cabin includes a bedroom, a living room, a separate bathroom with a shower and, for the first time in the aviation industry, its own butler trained at the Savoy Academy of Hospitality. He serves as a concierge and head waiter. The total area of the cabin is 125 square meters. ft., it sits on the upper deck of the Airbus A380 superliner. The interior is decorated in the style of Arab modernism.

LCD monitors installed in the living room and bedroom are 32 and 27 inches respectively and provide the ability to watch TV and Internet access. The Residence is also equipped with Wi-Fi access. The first flights were launched from Abu Dhabi to London (Heathrow Airport) in December 2014. In the future, The Residence will be available in other directions of the airline.
