Construction contractor Dutco Balfour Beatty has received a contract to create the Fashion Avenue, which will connect the world's largest shopping and entertainment center, The Dubai Mall, and the world's tallest building, Burj Khalifa.
This project will open 100 new boutiques in the shopping center and increase the number of its visitors to 100 million people a year. The contract value is 1.3 billion UAE dirhams (US $ 354.22 million). The project will give work to two thousand builders.
