Dubai, UAE. The Administration of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, announced the conclusion of a strategic partnership with Hyperloop Transportation Technologies to develop strategic transport projects in the emirate.
We are talking about the implementation of a project to build a line of supersonic vacuum train Hyperloop between the cities of Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The partnership will allow the company to accelerate the pace of its project under an agreement concluded between HTT and the Department of Public Utilities and Transportation of Abu Dhabi (DMAT) last November.
In the coming months, organizations will be identified that will do important work, including route analysis, feasibility studies, cost estimates and development schedules.
Funding from the presidential administration was the latest infusion in a series of significant contributions to HTT's operations, thanks to which the total investment in the company exceeded US $ 100 million. HTT currently has more than 800 members, including over 600 individuals and 44 companies in more than in 35 countries.
