70% of Arabian Travel Market exhibition space sold out in Dubai

According to the management of the largest in the Middle East international exhibition Arabian Travel Market (ATM), dedicated to the tourism and hospitality industry, which is scheduled for the first week of May 2011, 70% of its exhibition space has already been sold out.

It should be noted that in 2011 ATM organizers decided to change the format of the exhibition. Instead of three days, it will be held four, the last day of the exhibition will be devoted to business aspects. In addition, the exhibition area of ​​ATM in 2011 will be increased by 5% compared with 2010 and will amount to 15 thousand m2. “The fact that today we have already sold 70% of the exhibition space suggests that the tourism market is extremely popular, it continues to grow and grow,” said Mark Walsh, director of the Reed Travel Exhibitions exhibition group.

The international ATM exhibition is held under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, vice president and prime minister of the UAE and ruler of Dubai at the Dubai International Exhibition and Congress Center. In 2011, it will be held from May 2 to 5 with one additional day for businessmen and tourism professionals, scheduled for Thursday.

In 2010, 2236 various travel companies, organizations and hotels took part in ATM. For three days of its work, the exhibition was visited by more than 22 thousand visitors
