Dubai's first low-cost airline announces ticket prices

Ticket prices for the first flights of the low-cost Dubai-based Flydubai airline to Lebanon and Jordan will start at US $ 70, said Flydubai's chairman of the board, His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum.

The announced ticket price of 250 dirhams (US $ 70) will cover a one-way flight on the routes Dubai - Beirut - Dubai and Dubai - Amman - Dubai. The price includes all necessary fees.

The first low-cost airline in Dubai, Flydubai plans to send the first flights to Lebanon and Jordan on June 1 and June 2 of this year, which, accordingly, will begin the work of the airline itself. Flydubai will serve locations within four and a half hours of flight from Dubai. At the moment, the first directions are being approved, among which it is planned to serve: the Indian subcontinent, North and East Africa, southeast Europe and the Middle East.

The base for the new airline will be the 2nd terminal of Dubai International Airport. Flydubai has its own Boeing fleet.
