Emirate of Ajman to build an international airport

Ajman International Airport will be built on an area of ​​50 million square meters by 2011. The total cost of the project is at least US $ 3.3 billion. According to the plan, 65% of the new airport’s capabilities will be used to service air cargo carriers, the remaining 35% - passenger. The construction of the first phase of the airport will take 18 months.
