Flydubai Airlines transfers part of flights to new terminal

Dubai-based flydubai has announced the transfer of some flights from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport.

From December 2, 2018, flydubai flights to some destinations will be operated from Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport.

List of flydubai flights to be operated from Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport:

  • Belgrade (BEG)
  • Bishkek (FRU)
  • Bucharest (OTP)
  • Catania (CAT)
  • Helsinki (HEL)
  • Krakow (KRK)
  • Mineral waters (MRV)
  • Prague (PRG)
  • Rostov-on-Don (ROV)
  • Salalah (SLL)
  • Zagreb (ZAG)

All other flights will continue to be operated from Terminal 2 of Dubai International Airport (DXB), as well as from the new Dubai Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC).

Earlier in October, flydubai announced that some flights will be operated through Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) between April 16, 2019 and May 30, 2019 due to the reconstruction of the runway at Dubai International Airport.

Recall that the “native” airline for flydubai is Terminal 2, from which most of its flights are operated. Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport has previously been used exclusively for Emirates flights.
